The Commission designates the banks in which city funds may be deposited; recommends to the City Council the interest rates for the early and late payments of real estate taxes; and administers the City's Banking Development District Program. Composed of the Mayor (Chair), Comptroller and the Commissioner of the Department of Finance (DOF). No additional compensation.
