The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) administers one of the most successful State Revolving Fund Programs in the Nation.

The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) is a public benefit corporation which provides financial and technical assistance primarily to municipalities by providing low-cost financing for their water quality infrastructure projects. EFC administers a number of programs, including managing the most successful State Revolving Funds in the nation. These programs have provided over $31 billion in low-cost financing and grants for more than 2,600 water and sewer infrastructure projects across New York State.
