Mayor's Office of Special Projects & Community Events (MOSPCE)

Description

Established by Executive Order No. 36 of 1997, the Office organizes, manages and directs public ceremonies, celebrations, receptions, and similar functions held under City auspices by order of the Mayor, in partnership with city agencies and with the support of the private sector. These special events are hosted at Gracie Mansion – also known as the People’s House – and other iconic sites across the City.
