Description
Justices of the Supreme Court are elected by the voters of their Judicial Districts for 14 year terms or until they reach the constitutional 70 year age limit. They may serve after age 70 as retired justices by certification of the Administrative Board for two-year terms until age 76. Only persons admitted to practice as attorneys in the State for ten years are eligible to serve on the Supreme Court. Salaries: Justices, $167,700; Administrative Judges, $172,900. READ MORE |
