Administrative Services


Administrative Services comprises six units: Fiscal Operations; Human Resources; Payroll/Timekeeping; MIS; Print Shop; and Facilities, Construction Management and Operations. The Managing Director of Finance and Administration advises the Mayor’s Chief of Staff on all fiscal, operational and administrative matters concerning the Mayor’s Office and directs the work of Administrative Services.
