The Mayor’s Office of Administrative Services led by the Chief and Deputy Chief Administrative Officers synchronize the day-to-day operations of the Mayor’s Office units by ensuring the smooth running of business according to City Hall established policies and vision. Comprised of Human Resources, Financial Services, Information Technology, Payroll, Facilities, Print Shop and Mail Services, the team works together to pioneer business and strategic planning, oversee resource allocation and budgeting, direct personnel strategy, collaborate with units to establish administrative goals, develop and implement agency wide policies, programs and initiatives and provide analysis for operational improvement.
